1993 Acura Integra GS-R - Amazing Condition, Senior Owned, Low Production Number

Hello,
Up for sale is my 1993 Acura Integra GS-R. This is an amazing car that has been really well taken care of and very regularly maintained. It has had two owners and is originally and has always been from Colorado. The last owner was an older gentleman that really babied the car. He passed away a few years ago and I bought the car from his widow.
This is the last year of the 1st generation GSR and was produced very early in 93, ith a production number of 172. So far I haven't seen anyone (on this generation Integra forums) with a lower number. Only 850 were made in 1993 and probably less then half that still are on the road today. This was also the very first car in the US to use the DOHC VTEC engine. It has been really well maintained and comes with a folder of most of the service records. It has had the clutch replaced recently as well as the timing belt and water pump. You can see in the additional pictures a shot of the engine with the valve cover off, t is very clean inside and you can see the newer Honda timing belt. I have owned almost every make and model of Honda in my life and honestly, his is one of the smoothest, ell driving one I have ever had. It shift like butter with no grinds or any resistance. It starts right up every time, nd has a new battery from this year as well. Even with the miles being just over 200k, t is still an amazing car to drive that has a lot of life left in it. It has a clean Carfax.com report which I will include a copy of, long with all the records on the car.
The body is in amazing condition with no accidents in it history. There are some rock chips on the front bumper, few really small door dings on the sides, small spot of damage on the rear bumper next to the license plate, nd even though it doesn't show up in the pics because its so small there is a rust spot up under the lip of the right rear wheel well (very common on these unfortunately) but it is very small and minor.
The interior is near perfect. The car has never been smoked in or had pets. No tears, ips, r holes in the seats! The carpet is perfect because it has always had floormats in it, nd the factory optional floormats (which are very hard to find) are perfect as well because they have always had rubber mats on top of them! There are no cracks in the dash or any of the panels. It has an Acura CD player as well as the optional cassette player.
Like I mentioned before the engine is very strong with no smoke or leaks, t has been really well maintained. Everything works correctly, ower steering, bs brakes, he A/C is really nice and cold, ruise control, verything works great and there is no check engine light. The factory under hood liner (which is near impossible to find) has some tears from being in the car for so long, ut still works and looks great.
The wheels are in great shape with no major damage or curb rash. It has great condition BF Goodrich tires on it.

Additional information -
Besides the few minor body dings this car is straight as an arrow. No accidents or damage. The interior is near flawless and it runs and drives so smooth.
The left taillight sometimes get some condensation in it, ut drys out pretty quick. The speedo cable sometimes makes noise, common issue with these, s they dry out you can here them spinning.
