Description for Alfa Romeo Spider 1983

Hagerty Classic Car Insurance values it at $12k. Great deal at $7500 - OBO!
The car has never been in any accidents. It spent the majority of the Spring & Summer of 2017 at the Alfa of Tacoma shop, that is when the engine was over-hauled, plus some other things, & you can see it has been taken care of as much as a car that is thirty-five years old can be. :)
The work was done by Carlo Durante - he is a former Formula One Master Mechanic for the Italian Alfa/Fiat Racing Team, he owns Alfa of Tacoma.
The car was originally owned by a man who was an Alfa & Fiat mechanic out of Spokane, WA. He bought it in San Francisco & drove it up to Spokane. He took good care of it. He sold it to another man out of Spokane also. I bought the car from him.
Condition: No rust that I am aware of. Some nicks & small dings in the paint, for a car that old, it is amazing that it doesn't have more. The red paint has not oxidized & I have garaged it. It has 139,000 miles. The tires are practically brand new Bridgestone Potenzas. The interior is in good shape, except for the upper portion of the driver's side seat, it is ripped (was that way when I got it, seat covers were already on it). The top is in good shape. The spare rim is the original Alfa rim, the rims on the car are not Alfa rims, they came with the car when I bought it. The power windows go up & down, sometimes they work very slowly, occasionally they need a little help to go back up. There is a minor crack in the windshield on the passenger side in the upper right-hand corner. I haven't replaced the windshield because it has the radio antenna running through it. The car has air conditioning.
Price: I have spent over $12k to get it running as it should. With the repairs & what I paid when I bought it, I have over $18k in to it. It is a solid little car. I have a hard time letting it go for less than $7500 or Best Offer.
Would love to keep it, but I am selling because my husband and I are going to teach overseas.
Thank you.
Carfax report is available also.FYI - The AutoCheck information is wrong in regard to 'Loan/Lien' - I have asked AutoCheck to correct. There is NO loan or lien outstanding on this car.
