Description for AMC Eagle 1980

AMC EAGLE SX-4 & Wagon (Hornet-Concord wagon) WEATHERSTRIP for the tailgate door
In order to fit correctly to the Eagle Station Wagon, ou must cut the excess of length since the hatch channel of the SX4 is a bit longer.
The pattern or design of the rubber is the same for the Eagle Wagon and SX4 but it is more long that the one of the Wagon. Also it is reinforced with steel compared to the EagleWagon-Hornet rubber weatherstrip.
Used, it is in reasonable good condition without holes in the rubber so it will not have water leaks. There were a few damages at the ending points of the rubber next to joining point of the weatherstrip, t the hatch latch point, hich were repaired with polyurethane black putty (when dried is hard like rubber).
I am selling from Overseas, n Spain (Europe), his weatherstrip was bought from Tennessee, ecause it wasn´t available in Europe.
