1964 AMC Rambler :
287 V8 engine, utomatic transmission, are optioned factory power steering and power brakes.
Recent rebuilt carb, ew brakes and wheel bearings, ebuilt and balanced torque tube driveline, ooling system flushed and gone through, ew temp sending unit, hermostat, oses and belts checked, as tank removed and cleaned. All of this was done before a road trip last summer. The car runs and drives great!The car has the original paint with plenty of wear and patina showing, he body is extremely straight with a crease in the passenger side door. The interior is completely original, ven the carpet. The carpet is in the worst condition on the front passenger side completely worn through. The driver side front is not probably because of the heel pad. The seat upholstery is coming apart at the seams in some areas and the rear deck and top of rear seat are needing redone which is why i keep that area covered with a blanket.The car has been lowered a little and rides stiffer than factory because of this. The car does run and drive great and is very reliable. It would be a great car for someone that wants an affordable classic to drive while fixing up and restoring.
