1965 AMC Rambler Marlin Project Car

This 1965 Marlin is a restoration project that I no longer have the time or energy to complete. All of the exterior has been restored to like new condition including fresh paintwith clear coat. Exterior is finished. Looks great! Most of the trim has been reworked and replaced. Have all original interior seats and console components as well as door panels. These needrestoration work.
This one has front disc brakes, 327 engine with 4bbl carb. Engine is in machine shop for tank cleaning, and magnafluxed. Passed magnaflux, one cylinder needs to be bored 30 over, crank and cam measure standard. Machine shop is waiting for us to tell them how to proceed. Engine could be built in this machine shop to your specs if you prefer or we can crate engine and all parts for shipment as is. Engine is very rebuildable. Automatic transmission is as I found itfull of clean transmission fluid and totally dry without leaks. I have not taken it apart for inspection. You will be buying it that way. Before disassembly we had theengine running and don't believe I ever tried to make it move. Brakes are not operating but they are all there and have 4 piston calipers.

This car has been stored covered in heated and air conditioned shop. Have original sales literature and owner's manual.
