1965 AMC Rambler Ambassador 880 4 door Blue Sedan

I bought the car for a project last year but shortly after started college and now I need the money for school. I haven't done much to the car since I bought it. I replace the fuel pump in the tank and also the fuel pump in the engine bay. I had the radiator fixed. and also the heater core replaced. The car runs and drives but the engine needs work and so does the transmission. It is the three on the tree manual transmission with overdrive but the over drive does not engage. Its drivable in town up to 55 but I avoid the freeway since the over drive does not engage. The engine is the inline 6 232 cu in 3. 8l. The body is very straight and all the glass is good. also all the chrome is still on the car. The tires are old and need replaced but will get from point A to Point B just fine. It drives the first 30 miles or so fine but after that runs rough. The person I bought it from had the upholstery and carpet redone but unfortunately put a stereo in the dash and 6x9 speakers in the back window. This would make an awesome project. wish i could keep it.
