Up for sale is my 1964 MKII 1/2 Austin Healey Sprite. rare car 1 of 752 built with disc brakes and before exterior door handles. California car its entire life with zero rust anywhere and no signs of any accidents. less than 1,000 miles since restored, he body is very straight with a beautiful fresh Tartan red paint job with no dings anywhere. has Euro tail light lenses. Lemans style gas filler. all new interior,seats carpet,door panels,Mono Lita wood steering wheel, tc.new wiring front to back with alternator conversion and changed to negative ground. The motor has less than 500 miles on a professional High dollar rebuild. it is a 1275 .040 over (now 1310cc) with the Moss motors supercharger, erner duplex chain drive,APT cam for supercharged motor,slot drive oil pump,roller rockers,70.62 Nural Dura bowl pistons,Goetz rings, luminum flywheel,competition clutch,electric fuel pump, il cooler mounted in front of radiator, ooper S water pump pulley,yellow 6 blade fan (runs cool at 160 degrees in traffic),petronix ignition,3 to 1 header, rake system rebuilt front disc and rear drum, tainless brake lines. front suspension rebuilt and all 4 shocks. rear suspension has alloy Heim jointed trailing arms,competition real axles,Timken wheel bearings,competition front sway bar, ransmission is the stock non syncro first 4 speed, he wheels are 13 x 5 Mini lites/Minator made in the UK. with new 175-70-13 tires,also comes with the original steel wheels with new tires and 5 hub caps. It comes with the original bumpers that are in fair to good condition (I bolted the bumpers on for the pictures but have now removed them and they should be rechromed to match the quality of the rest of car), t has a new set of side curtains and a top in nice condition. the heater and wiper motor have been removed and in good condition will come with the car. The windshield has a very small chip in the center just above the rear view mirror. The car runs extremely strong through all gears and is a total blast to drive, handles like a Go Kart) it is very tight feeling going down the road and stops excellent with the factory disc brakes. I have had several people ask what my reserve is but I would rather not.I can say it is very reasonable and is lower than the cost of just the paint,new motor and super charger alone. Also a couple people have asked what the rear end gear ratio is and from what I see in the records is that they are 4.22-1 gears. I must say the pictures do not do the car justice, t looks extremely nice in person, eautiful paint,body and fitment.
