Up for auction is my 1991 Bentley Mulsanne S, hich I purchased in 2007 as the second owner of this fine motorcar. I have the original window price label (MSRP $144,297.00! and bill of sale, oth of which will be included). The Mulsanne S was added to the Bentley line in 1987, o replace and update the Mulsanne which had been in production since 1980. According to my sources, here were 970 Mulsanne S' manufactured between 1987 and 1992, his is the short wheelbase model of which 909 were manufactured. The Mulsanne S is not turbocharged but shares many of the same details of the Turbo R, uch as the interior, ir dam, lloy wheels and a suspension "tuned for more spirited driving". As I'm sure you know, he Bentley motorcars shared the same factory with Rolls Royce and are powered by the traditional Rolls Royce 6.75L V-8 engine. This example is finished in black with silverstone grey leather piped same with carpet to match and grey mouton floor mats. "Smoker free" for its entire life, he interior leather, eadliner and carpeting are in excellent condition, ree from cracks, tains and tears. The facia and capping rails are in excellent condition. There is a slight amount of wear present on the drivers seat bottom and armrest, ut I understand that leather conditioner/dye can return it to the condition of the other seating areas.On the exterior there are a few dings and scratches that have been touched up, othing unexpected in a 24 year old vehicle. There is no rust, he motorcar has always been garaged. The alloy rims are free of "curb rash" and the Kuhmo tires have less than 2000 miles of road use. The engine starts and runs as it should, he transmission shifts properly and the climate control system also functions correctly, ower windows, ights and other features function as they should, he fuel gauge is not accurate until near empty. I have always used the odometer to indicate when a fill up is required. The a/c has been converted to R134. The brake light flashes intermittently but I believe that can be cured by rebleeding the system, s the problem occurred at the time the rear spheres were renewed.There appears to be no problem with the brake system other than the light.
