This car's interior just looks just stunning. I am a big fan on Bentley, my usual driver is a Flying Spur but I have a soft spot for the classic models. The newer Bentley has a lot more features and gadgets but the Brooklands is one of the last of certain era of luxury cars. It was at the top of a podium that included the Mercedes S600 and the BMW 750il. These were iconic for being well built, sturdy, and all about the top notch build quality and fine materials used. The Brooklands blew away the BMW and the Benz but they all still share that style which is timeless. You can pull up to the country club in a Brooklands and look right at home next to new models and cars that cost 5 times as much. The Turbocharged V8 engine sounds like a monster when you step on the gas but if you want quiet, the car immediately settles down on the highway and you can hear a pin drop. The attention to detail and just sheer rigidity of everything in the car is just awe inspiring and on the whole, this is without a doubt the best luxury sedan I have had the privilege of piloting. This particular car is in amazing shape. The leather is excellent, carpets are stunning, wood grain is free of major cracks and the paint is near flawless. Also there is no sign of the car ever having been smoked in. The wheels have no scuffs or curb rash and are outfitted with a good set of matching tires. This car should be all set for its new owner. I purchased this car along with a few others from a collector that lives locally. He has had the car for 8 years and it was cared for very well by him. The title on the car is clean and clear but the carfax history does show it was rebuilt at some point. There is no accident listed and upon investigation we found that the car was stolen many years ago and upon recovery was issued the title since an insurance company had paid out on it. Even though the condition of this car is so good, we decided to price it to move.
