Description for Bentley Other 1964
Beautiful driving 1964 Bentley S3. The vehicle can be best described as a very nice driver in need of some restoration. The car appears to be complete except for a replacement radio and the two rear seat drop down trays (see photographs). I apologize if I am missing any items but please study the pictures for autos completeness. The chrome is in excellent shape. The paint from 20 feet away is very good but upon very close inspection there is some bubbling around both rear tires and a few minor peeling spots. The color combination is believed to be the original colors as indicated in the owners manual for this vehicle. The interior is a bit tired but as can be seen in the photographs has no tears. Carpets are in Ok condition might need replacement in rear. Door panels need some work. The wood dashboard is in very good shape except for the lower left(see photographs) small amount of buckling only on glove compartment door. All instruments appear to work as intended. No noticeable rust. Mechanically the car starts every time and drives very well. Steers effortlessly and transmission shifts smoothly. Brakes work but might need work. Power windows work on all windows. Wipers and lights work as intended. From 1964-1974 the car was chauffeur driven for a doctor in England for approx. 100. 00 miles. Since 1974 the car has been in America used for approx. 35. 00 miles from 1974-2009. Since 2009 less than 1. 00 miles have been put on the vehicle during which time over $20. 00 in maintenance and repairs have been performed on the vehicle. The original owners manual will be sold with the vehicle as well as all repair records. I am selling this car with a very reasonable reserve as I would like to sell this car before the winter(limited garage space). Please only bid the car if you plan on buying if you are the winning bid. The car is available for inspection prior to bidding(location Long Island New York). A $500 deposit will be required within 48 hours of the end of the auction. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Car is being sold with a clear title. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING THE CAR IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BID. Good luck.
