Description for BMW 3-Series 1992
You are looking at a clean example of the classic E30. This is a great chance to own one of the best drivers cars ever built. This car is close to 25 years old and still drives better and smoother then my 2016 Kia! I am sad to sell her however I am starting my own business and could use the money to help get started. I will also be taking better and more detailed pictures today. The ones I posted were just ones I had kept on my phone. She has been well taken care and always loved. The engine runs buttery smooth and I have regular brought her up to 100mph on the highway. The automatic transmission shifts through all gear flawlessly and still has some snap to it when you put your foot to the floor. The body is in amazingly good condition without a single dent to major scratch on it and absolutely NO rust. There is some oxidization on the hood but with a solid compound wax most of it should come off. The convertible top is in relativity good shape with all the fabric still being thick and non sun faded.
The brakes still bite hard and have lots of life left in them. The tires are not new but still have atleast 80% tread left on them. I couldn't ask for better suspension with no squeaks or growns and still takes fast corners like a charm. The interior carpet, dashboard, door panels and center console are all in excellent condition. The seats are the factory BMW sport bucket seats however they could use some TLC which I am going over in the next paragraph. All the lights, power windows, and accessories work as well.
Some things that need tlc.
I carefully took out the back convertible window with the intention of replacing it with a clearer one however I never got around to it.The AC blows strong but could use a recharge. The hood could use a compound waxThe leather seats show there age but are still repairable if you know what you are doing. The convertible top motor no longer works but I think the previous owner disconnected the system because it folds up and down by hand in seconds. The speedometer stopped working last year at 114k so I am being over cautious by stating the actual miles are 130k.
I know I am probably missing things and will update the post as they come to me.
I will be showing the car on Thursday & Friday to anyone who is local and interested. If you are bidding from a distance I am happy to take detailed pictures or videos of any part of the car for you.I prefer to do everything in person however I am willing to work with a buyer if they wanted to have the car shipped.
Thank You & I hope she goes to a good home!
