Overall Very Clean Interior & Exterior
Minimal amount of rust (2 small surface spots on car. Driver side rear window and near tow hook)
Clean Title with no accidents or paint work. I am the 3rd owner, owned since 9/22/14. The two previous owners were related. I bought it from an elder couple that inherited the car around 2004 after the original owner, the father, passed. They rarely drove the car. The tires are from 07 and are still about 8/32 and that's now, a year into having an LS1 in it. The swap was completed on 9/14/15. The swap has a few thousand miles on it.

Bad:
Driver seat is tornDash board has a few small cracks in it. Nothing outrageous
Should have power steering but doesnt work due to bad rack
Hydroboost leaks a small amount (Brakes work very good. I've added fluid twice over the course of a year. You'll need a replacement hydroboost out of a mustang gt)
Tires are old
Tachometer reads about half of what it should. (has garagistic v8 tach plug to convert signal but they said it might be defective. ex: idle reads 400 when it should be 800)
PS I used a trim dressing on the trim on the front and rear bumper and when it dried it became blotchy. Also the grass was cut right before I took the pics and some grass got stuck to the car. Please excuse this.

On Sep-25-16 at 19:25:25 PDT, seller added the following information:
Reuploading photos from a different host because on mobile the pics seem to be broken
Adding a few more pics that I have and a quick video of the exhaust and run down the block. (Note this is not at WOT. If launched the car has no traction for 3 gears) The other day I won 1st place in a local car show of about 200 cars for best modified over 25 years old.
