1994 BMW 325i Convertible Only 60K Miles

Hello fellow ebayers. For sale I have my 1994 BMW 325I Convertible. This car has exceptionally low mileage at 60k. I purchased this car just over a year ago from its original family and managed to put on a whopping 100 miles or so. Cosmetically car is very straight with only a few dings and very little rust. I would consider this car to be a "light project" due to the fact the convertible top motor is not working, and the top leaks from the rear window. I learned this the hard way after letting the car sit out this past winter. As a result, I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the interior. The good news is the car is mechanically sound for its age. There are no oil or coolant leaks (top aside). There is a slight leak from the valve cover gasket. The motor is strong with no knocking or check engine lights. The transmission shifts smoothly. Brakes are good. Tires are great with lots of tread left. A/c needs a slight charge. Blower fan only works on 3rd and 4th settings. Windows all work great. This car would be ideal for someone who has a garage. Certainly this car needs some work. It does have good "bones" and would be a great "light project". Car is available for local pickup in Des Plaines, Il. Asking a very reasonable $2000 obo.
