All electrical, switches, accessories, heater, horn, turn signal, wiper & washer, etc., etc., are fully functional as they should. .
The original 1600CC motor was badly damaged due to thrown rod, or ??, as
I re-call, therefore the damaged motor along with the 4–SPEED transmission were both replaced and upgraded with the 2.0 liter M-10 motor along with a E-21
5/speed “5-GANG”, transmission.
All conversions were performed by the La Jolla Independent BMW experts, well over ten years ago. .
The conversion of the SOLEX carburetor to the Side-Draft WEBER is one
of the most recent upgrade, now almost two years old, performed by
Top-End Performance experts, including an Electric Fuel Pump and high energy pointless ignition system.
