Listing on Ebay for a limited time is this 1987 BMW 635CSi. It was displayed at this summer's Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Walnut Street event. Very original (except the red cloth in the tool kit; it should be blue!) No rust. It comes with a June, 2019 PA State Inspection. 3 Previous owners. CarFax, all records, and additional photos available upon request. Ready to enjoy! Everything works. Only been over 105 mph twice.
When comparing opportunities to own and enjoy a vintage BMW the 6 Series Shark is always near the top of the list. Classic styling along with famed German engineering make this car one of the all time great BMW’s. So when looking at pricing obviously the lower the better, but not to be dismissed is this high mileage BMW 635 CSi. Why? Simply put this is the evidence, the “proof in the pudding” of Bavaria’s trusted design and longevity that when coupled with proper maintenance results in an outstanding example still providing its original intent on the highway…. performance with pleasure.
Originally first purchased in Eastern Pennsylvania this BMW spent 20 plus years in Colorado with its second owner who religiously took care of every matter needing attention. The current Carfax indicates well over 57 visits for service. I suggest tongue in cheek that were there bugs in the radiator it went in for service and an oil change. I have most of those records.
Unless you want a trailer queen this BMW is not for you. However as the photos reveal and any third party mechanical evaluation which I will welcome the next owner will share in the great condition and recognition of this German marque wherever they may go. Serious inquiries only.
