1981 BMW 733i. Very clean car. Low miles. 112. 21 original miles. I have owned this car since 2007. When I bought it. the transmission had a leak. so I ended up parking it in the garage. I covered it with a car cover and pretty much forgot about until roughly 6 months ago. I took it out of the garage. put a (used) battery in it. replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. drained the gas and put fresh gas in it and got it running. I have since put in new spark plugs. It runs. but I do not drive it due to the trans leak. It will need the trans re-sealed at least. The engine seems sound. but will need some more tuning. The car many years ago was in a front and rear accident. It has been partially repaired. but will need some more work. I have driven the car for short distances many years ago. but it has not been driven in about 7 years. This car will need attention if someone wants to make it a nice driver. The body is mostly straight with scratches and door dings. This is a nicely preserved. low miles early 7 series BMW. It is a black car with a brown leather interior. It has power windows and moonroof. The seats are good / fair. the drivers seat along the outside edge is worn through. The carpeting needs cleaning and / or replacement. The dashpad is cracked. Headliner needs cleaning. but it is not torn up. The car comes with the 16" BBS wheels on it. I have the original wheels (extra. but reasonable) if someone is interested. Sometime before I bought the car. the exhaust system was replaced. It looks like it's stainless steel. and seems to be in good shape. The A/C system is not currently functional. the condenser I believe was damaged years ago and never replaced. They are available here on eBay. If this car is registered here in California. it will need to have the past fees paid. I never registered it or put it on a non-op (long story). If you are planning on bidding on this car. be aware it is a fixer upper. salvage title. and CA registration was $719 in August of 2014. I have the title for the car.
