1976 Buick Regal This car has been owned by our family since 1984. It was used as personal transportation for our mom. She did not drive to work. This car was primarily used around town for shopping. groceries and social activities. That is the reason for the 85K original miles. The car has been properly maintained over the years. This car is drivable to any destination. Over the 5 years the following has been replaced: New Starter. 2 barrel Rochester Carburetor rebuild. New Water Pump. The last major repair was in 2009 when we had the transmission rebuilt. It is not a replacement but a complete rebuild. From 2010 forward the car sat in the garage. The car the last licensed in 2011. All parts are original to the vehicle. CURRENT CONDITION: The body has the typical rust in the lower panels as photo'd but the rocker panels are not rusted through and the floor pans are solid. It is lightly rusted for its age. The inner lower door panels have the most rust damage. The interior is very nice and has sun damage on only the rear seat by the rear deck. Otherwise the interior is fully functional. There is a small amount of deterioration in the dash at the drivers side corner where the dash projects out by design. The carpet is in good shape. The AC worked the last summer we used this car but requires a charge. The AC has not been updated to receive the newer Freon. The tire are good. have plenty of tread. The rims are in very good shape. chrome plated and no pitting They polish up very nice. The engine is original. no internal work has been done. It is greasy.
