This Southern California coupe has been in California all its life and is powered by the famous 3.8 liter 231 V6 with 2 bbl and backed by a 3 speed automatic transmission. It starts right up and runs very good. No leaks or smoking. It has newer Battery, Alternator, Complete Exhaust System, Rebuilt Transmission,Shock Absorbers, Radiator, Carburetor, Heater Core and Hoses. It stops good plus goes straight down the road. The Dunlop whitewall radial tires are like new and have very good tread.
The Carmine Red Interior was Reupholstered! The plush velour seats, carpet and headliner look amazing! It has Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Cruise Control, Tilt Steering Wheel, A/Cand even a 6 way power driver seat! It has twin sport mirrors and aftermarket stereo.
The two-tone paint looks sharp! It holds a nice shine plus the body overall is very straight and Rust free! Car was obviously garaged. The frame, floors and rocker panels look amazing. The glass and chrome trim are nice. The trunk is very clean and includes the original jack assembly and it has a full size spare. Nice car for the local cruise night or customize it!
Ready for your 350 engine conversion or keep it original.
While the 1978 may not be a typical classic collector car, I think that's what I enjoy about it the most. It's not typical. You don't go to a car show and run into 50 others that look the same with just different paint and wheel combos.
