VIN# 44467OH232350. was built at Buick's Flint. Michigan assembly plant on January 26th. 1970 and was delivered to Gardner Buick. Inc. in Upper Darby. Pennsylvania. It was purchased new by Edward George Allen. Jr. . ho owned and maintained the car for the next 32 years. Mr. Allen kept and passed along records and documentation representing his entire ownership. In addition to keeping records of regular service and maintenance. Mr. Allen kept his original 1970 Buick owner's manual and owner Protecto-Plate. his original temporary registration. original build sheets. even the original New Vehicle Pre-Delivery Check done a month before he purchased the car. I was lucky enough to purchase this car nearly eight years ago and during my ownership have upgraded it to National Show Winner status. This Skylark Convertible was judged 1st in its class at the 2011 Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Winter Nationals in Homestead. FL. The car needs nothing and drives like a dream with only 79. 04 actual documented miles (miles may be slightly higher at time of sale. This car IS taken to shows on weekends). The car is finished in the correct Bamboo Cream factory color. Paint is magnificent. far better than what the factory ever produced. with a shine so deep you feel as if you could ‘dive’ right into it. The saddle convertible top is like brand new and the original interior shows almost no wear.
