Stock #: V18660 Exterior Color: Fire Red Interior Color: White Body Type: Convertible Transmission: Turbo 350 Automatic Engine: 350-260 HP Title Condition: Clear Sharp looker, factory red with white interior! Dressed up with GS emblems and wheels. These are very comfortable, easy cars to drive.
EXTERIOR: Factory code 75- Fire Red. Has a glossy, smooth finish. The body is clean and straight. I felt all along the bottoms on each, no bubbles. It does have the typical stress crack in the paint at the top corners of the trunk lid. Chrome looks to be original with some patina but overall shiney and straight. Has GS emblems and sport mirrors. Has factory Buick GS mags on BFG tires. White convertible top is in excellent condition. Door jambs are clean, bottom of doors are dry metal. Weatherstrips were replaced.
INTERIOR: Overall very nice, not abused. The white upholstery and door panels are not torn or worn. Bench seat has fold down center armrest. Dash pad is in excellent shape. Has factory seat belts front and back.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very clean and proper looking. Looks completely stock. The 350 is cleaned and painted Buick red. Has stock air cleaner with the heat riser tube coming off the manifold. Factory air conditioning system looks to be all intact. Also has power steering and power brakes. The wiring is run neatly, washer bottle is hooked up, fan shroud is proper. The metal looks clean and straight, no signs of damage.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Looks clean, has a gray and white spatter finish paint. The spare is actually a matching Buick chrome mag and BF Goodrich tire. Has the jack too. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are nice, weather strip is soft, well liner looks new.
UNDERSIDE: It has the GS suspension which includes sway bars and boxed control arms. New dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Bottom of the motor looks clean, starter looks new. Turbo 350 auto looks fresh. Overall solid original floors.
Still sporty, yet comfortable. Very easy car to drive and maintain. That is what makes these so desirable. For not a lot of money you can enjoy a vintage convertible!
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.

About Volo Auto Museum No other collector car dealer has been in business longer than the Volo Auto Museum. Owned and operated by the Grams family since 1960. We are the only collector car dealer that has 4 generations of experience with buying, selling and consigning classic autos. For our family, classic cars are more than a business, it is a passion. Over the decades, we have maintained a reputation for dealing with integrity as proven with our high reviews and A+ rating with the BBB. Buying a classic car can be exciting, but also stressful. We want to take the stress out of your buying experience by allowing you the time and tools you need to get to know the car you are interested in before making your investment, not after. Unlike auctions, we allow test drives, 3rd party inspections, the use of our shop and car lift. No reasonable request will be turned down. Selling a car can be equally stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. After reviewing your quality collector car, we will discuss the options we have available to you and let you decide what works best for you. We have cash available for immediate sales and we also offer a consignment program that surpasses anyone else’s. Unlike percentage based programs with fees; we work with a no fee, net to owner. This allows us the opportunity to treat and market your car as if it were our own. We invest approximately $1500 of our own money into marketing your car, which means if it doesn’t sell, we lose, not you. So, we are more aggressive in selling your car!
