Description for Buick Electra 1966

1966 Buick Electra 225 Convertible for Sale 1966 Buick Electra Convertible for Sale Buy This Classic 1966 Buick Electra 225 Convertible 72k Original Miles! Original Interior, Power Top, A/C, Lemonwood Yellow, Family Owned for 30 Years!

This is a 1966 Buick Electra 225 convertible for sale. The era of big convertibles is remembered fondly to many who enjoyed the comfort and freedom of such luxurious automobiles in their younger days. Whether you had the pleasure to enjoy a big Buick convertible as a child, or if you're looking to make new memories with loved ones, this 1966 Buick Electra 225 will certainly fit the bill.

It's obvious this classic Buick convertible has been well cared for its entire life. It has been stored in a climate controlled garage for decades in a large collection of other cherished classic vehicles. As a result, the interior and top and indeed the entire car are in very good shape.

The odometer has just 72,307 on the clock so that is another reason for the amazing, original condition of this car. The power top works great and the car runs and drives beautifully. The tires are bias ply so a good case could be made for a set of new radial tires. But otherwise this powerful yet relaxing convertible is ready to enjoy for the entire family. The power antenna even works!

There has been a repaint in the original Lemonwood Yellow and the car looks great as you can see. There are a few very small blemishes throughout and those can be seen in the photo gallery on my Sunset Classics Web Site (50 or more additional photos can be found there including shots of the undercarriage). There is a link just below the photos in this auction.

The original interior is in very good shape for the age (thanks no doubt to the low miles) but there is a small blemish in the driver's seat (again pointed out in the gallery). The body looks straight and the undercarriage looks solid. I have photos of the undercarriage in the photo gallery as well.

If you think this 1966 Buick Electra 225 convertible belongs in your collection don't hesitate to bid on this classic Buick before it's gone. I am happy to provide a shipping referral if needed. Thanks! -John Snell 612-805-2428
