This restoration project has much of the plumbing work completed including a rebuilt motor. new wiring and new brakes (except the master cylinder which is being worked on now. Additionally. the car has an alternator and has been converted to a 12 volt electrical system. This 1940 Buick 90 - 7 Passenger - Limited Limousine - Touring Sedan has a very good body but the sidemount covers are missing. There is very little rust. It will need new upholstery and paint and two windows. Almost everything works. It might be called a limousine but there is no division window. It could be said that that car is 98% complete.
