Description for Buick Other 1969
To start with let me first say that I am selling this for a friend and understand that there is a considerable amount of information/photos in my ad. I also understand that this may be boring to the person who is just looking and not buying. However for the person who is looking to buy and spend their hard earned money I feel that there is never too much information or too many photos. As to myself I am not a dealer just a (65) year old kid that loves muscle cars. For my work I recently retired from managing a Correctional Facility here in Maine and had worked for the Maine Department of Corrections for (40) years. I am also a respected member of my community. I mention this only because of the value of this car and so that prospective buyers will have some idea as to who they are dealing with. Also please check out my eBay feedback which is 100% with (1116) transactions.
Here is a little history on the 1969 Buick GS350.
Not every muscle car left Detroit with a monstrous big-block under the hood and a heavy-duty racing suspension. General Motors' four divisions that utilized the A-body during the late Sixties and early Seventies also provided a healthy small-block-equipped version for those with a little less disposable income. In Buick's Flint-based camp it was called the GS 340 upon its 1967 introduction and was quickly renamed the GS 350 a year later thanks to the release of its namesake: Buick's 350-cu.in. engine.
The small-block GS--officially rated for 280hp and 375-lbs.ft. of torque--came as a hardtop or pillared coupe with performance parts that were also found on the more powerful GS 400 beginning with the Ram Air induction system centered under a new centrally positioned hood scoop design. Additionally Buick included a dual exhaust system a tuned coil-sprung front and rear suspension wider 14 x 6-inch steel wheels and a three-speed manual which could have been swapped out for a four-speed or an automatic.

This 1969 Buick GS350 is a great entry car into the muscle car domain. It is definitely not a number 1 car as you will see with all of the photos and video. However the price is definitely right. Buy it for yourself or for your sibling with the understanding that it is not perfect but it is an original signal red pearl interior with bucket seats GS 350 hardtop that runs handles and drives great.
