For all you Caddy lovers out there here is a great opportunity. 1992 Seville with the 4.9L motor, ot the troublesome Northstar and low miles on top of it. The car runs great and looks great for the year. If you're looking for a showroom caddy, his isn't the one but not too far from it. It has a few dings here and there but no rust. Again, o rust. It's very difficult to find a Seville this old with a 4.9 without rust. Here is my breakdown:
Pros: 4.9L V8 with only 123,000 miles and runs great. This car will get 30 mpg on the highway and still 25 city. Pretty good for a V8.
New exhaust which was $400 by itself.
CD/DVD player. I will include the JVC head unit that works with the CD changer in the trunk.
No rust
16" chrome Cadillac wheels with no curb rash. The chrome shines like new. They really are beautiful rims. Not driven in the snow. Rubber is at about 60% or more.
I will include a set of 15" alloy Cadillac wheels for winter. The rubber is at about 80%. Great snow tires.
A/C works great. Previous owner told me he had a new one installed.
Trunk pulldown works as it should.
Heated seats work great.
The paint looks great and shines.
Cons: Small dent on the hood. I always meant to get it fixed just never got around to it.
Cruise doesn't work. May be an easy fix, don't know. Never really bothered me.
Power antenna doesn't work. Always stays up. Again, aybe fixable.
Small rip in passenger seat which could be repaired. The pics definitely make the seats look worse than they are. Driver and passenger are wore but not bad for a 23 year old car.
Again, he car isn't perfect but it's pretty difficult to find one this nice these days, specially with the 4.9. Please feel free to send me any questions you may have. I tried to be as honest as possible and list what I know about the car. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere in the country. Beautiful Caddy ride. If you live nearby, encourage you to come look at it.
