Reported to be one of only a few DeVille Station Wagons ever built. A collectors dream!

This GORGEOUS CADILLAC was owned for years by a close friend of mine. He never got around to giving it the cosmetic and partial mechanical restoration that it needed. It had gone through the hands of a couple collectors after it was reportedly owned by GENE AUTRY "AMERICA'S FAVORITE SINGING COWBOY" AND SINGER OF "RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER." This car spent most of it's 50,000 actual miles with Mr. Autry in California before making a lap with collectors in Florida and North Carolina before spending the last year and a half being professionally restored here in Pa. So when my friend, nd neighbor, master restorer of some rare and special pieces, ecided he needed another good candidate, y two friends got together and made a deal. So over the last 18 months, have watched Bob slowly and meticulously work his magic on this ULTRA RARE CADILLAC. First it was a great candidate because of it's no rust-EVER-body. Second, t was in excellent mechanical condition and hit the road like new. The list of parts replaced and items repaired is quite extensive. As you can see in these pictures, he really shines like a diamond! Show winning body and paint with stunning bright work too. He carefully brought her back to take First Place in the first three shows he took her to and won "People's Choice Awards too!" I watched scores of people stop and look in amazement because they had never seen one before, et alone one that gleams like this! Bob has had fun showing it and cruising in it this summer, ut, e never bought her to keep. He bought it to satisfy his desire to use his restoration abilities as his go to hobby and because his attention to detail makes the cars he has restored some of the best and rarest cars you'll ever see. Since I have been selling cars here on Ebay for 16 YEARS WITH 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK, e decided I would try to find her a good home here on Ebay. Since this is the kind of RARE and BEAUTIFUL car that I like to sell, took up the challenge to find the "right a** for that seat!" Okay, aybe this isn't everyone's cup of tea, ut I think I can find that special buyer that understands that a Cadillac like this comes around once in a great while and it certainly will be a source of future financial appreciation.
