1963 cadillac Deville with only 11677 on the car Box A tile Arizona!

From my understand this is a true FIND!! I was told this car was owned by a sweet little old lady that only drove it to the grocery store once a week. The grand son ended up with this car and does what most hot rod guys do, ade it better. Now I can tell you this, ar only has 11k on a box A title "that means actual mileage" What leads me to believe this is true. This is a 1963 Cadillac coupe 2 door, hat has a box A original mileage showing 11677. This car is on air ride suspension and a killer sound system, nd i do mean killer!!! car does have some issues as far as a minor rust repair under the driver door. The paint is sort of fading in places but true and true this car is solid. NOT a show car but dang close with a little love. I have seen cars like this go for over 50k at auction.
