Description for Cadillac DeVille 1971

For sale is this nice old Coupe DeVille. I basically bought it to save it from setting and decomposing. An elderly doctor owned it since 1976. It was his wife's car and she passed away in 1980 so It didn't get driven much after that. I found a lube sticker from 1989 that showed 49,000 miles. At some point it got moved out of the garage and after a succession of car covers rotted off, e quit covering it but did have all the windows covered inside with those folding sun shields. He also told me he still started it and took it around the block a few times a year until about 2 years ago.
So the whole driver's side got considerable UV damage, ut the interior did not. Car needs a vinyl top replaced, t least the driver's side paint redone and the small dent in the door fixed. Also the windshield is cracked, he radio doesn't play and the a/c doesn't blow cold. I did a few minor things to get it running good like flushing out the gas tank. Also I put new tires and battery and that's about it. The interior is just like I got it, ever had it detailed. I didn't get a picture of the trunk but it looks like the carpet is missing. I see no signs of any rust or cancer on the car. I have put about 60 miles on the car and it drives like a dream. The big 472 is smooth as glass and quiet. The transmission shifts as it should, rakes work fine, ust no issues at all. I think you could fly in and drive this car home. It is now registered with historical year of manufacture 1971 South Dakota plates and I can transfer them to the new owner if he/she is from SD. Car is located about one hour from Rapid City in Belle Fourche, D.
