Description for Cadillac Seville 1977
My father had the car for 36 years and I recently took ownership this past year. I drive it daily and it runs great for a 37 year old car. The seats have taken alot of wear due to the daily use of the car yet my father for about 16 years has had seat covers on them to help preserve and minimize the wear and tear. The mechanics are good. my mechanic said that the A/C unit is in working condition yet it needs a special freon that california does not sell anymore. I'm not quite sure yet that is what he said in july when it stopped blowing cold air. This car is a beauty and very fun to drive. I have held on to it for sentimental reasons. yet I am not a car enthusiast and don't have the time. know how or money to restore it fully for showroom status. I think it is time to sale it to someone who will be able to make it brand new status even though my dad wishes I would keep it. That being said I really hope it will be sold to a home that will love it as equally or more than my family has. The following parts have been replaced within approximately several years. Brakes. Brake Calibers. Muffler system. All eight Injectors. Brake Booster. New Battery. GR Valve. engine sensor. restored distributor. New Catalytic converter installed in Feb. 2013. Rotors are still good. Tires are good. The Interior Seats will need reupholstering and the a/c my mechanic said needs some kind of fluid that he tells me I cant buy anymore. I'm not sure about that yet he said I could convert it to a modern a/c unit yet I didn't want to mess with it since it is not broken simply without fluid. I also recently had the steering wheel base tighten and may need a new steering wheel now since my mechanic's helper cut a piece on it and cracked it yet that is not expensive to fix and right now it works great it is simply a cosmetic flaw. It drives well now turns smoothly and I get compliments all the time on the car. PLEASE NO LOW BALLERS!!!!!!!!My dad had the car valued at $6500. 00 as is and I already lowered the price by half. This is a steal/deal!!!Any questions please message.
