Description for Cadillac Eldorado 1990
This is a 1990 Cadillac Eldorado coupe in very original condition.
As you can see from the original sticker, it is a 4.5 V-8 engine, very powerful for the size of the car. Runs well, starts up.
The color is Cameo Ivory with yellow interior. The paint is original and in good condition. There is no visible rust. The carpet interior is clean and is a beige color.
The driver’s seat has standard leather wear for a car of this age. The passenger seat has of course less wear and the back seat is in very good condition. Leather is soft with supportive filler.
The original leather wrapped wheel shows signs of wear appropriate for the age.
The plastic accent pieces on the door panels have cracked but appear to be easily replaced.
Vinyl half top (matching Cameo Yellow) is in very good condition. There are no tears or wear.
The wheels areafter market gold wire spoke with white walled tires. 15 inch rims. There is a matching aftermarket gold grill. Gold Cadillac badges and gold Eldorado script badge in the back. There is also a badge for the E&G Designer Series, not sure if original or after market. There is one missing Cadillac badge on passenger side, but it is in the ashtray (bonus!) to be easily reattached.
The car has working power seats, power windows, power trunk, and automatic transmission. The air conditioner is cold. The radio does not work but it is an original Symphony Sound radio.
Exhaust sounds good. The tires have good tread on them. Alignment is square. There appears to be a relatively new muffler on the car. Headlights are clear. Turn signals are appropriately smoked for the time and age. All lighting is working, including parking lights, head lights, license plate light, accent light in the vinyl top.
Headliner is clean and attached to the ceiling. There does not appear to be any body damage. If there was any it appears to have been repaired professionally.
The front spoiler is in good condition with no significant wear.
Front windshield appears to be original with no rock chips.
Good old fashioned trunk big enough to fit a 185 pound man and has a soft closing trunk.
Tire size is 205-70 with 15inch rims.
The vehicle has the original 1990 owner’s manual and window sticker. It was originally purchased and delivered to a Dale Marr in Heflin, Louisiana. There is a copy of the dealer invoice showing the dealer invoice price of $24, 613.00 in April 1990.
Mileage is 108,800. The service records going back to 1992 show two owners, both in Louisiana of the same town. Both named Dale. The first is Dale Marr, the second is Dale Furniss. The car is now located in McAllen, Texas.
This car represents a good value for what is now a classic Cadillac with a solid steel body and appropriate weight for engine. This is a late 80’s/early 90’s style, probably similar to the Buick Riveria and Oldsmobile Toronado of that era.
This classic Cadillac Eldorado coupe is a real find for the right person.
The car is registered in Texas.
