Description for Cadillac Fleetwood 1990
This is a 1990 Cadillac Hearse. Her name is "Ethyl" as in Alice Cooper's song " Cold Ethyl" The vehicle is being sold "AS IS". I had a lot of great times with the car. We've used it in Trick or Trunk events. and drove it in the local Halloween Parade. The only reason I am selling is be cause I have to ( tired of listening to my wife complain). It runs good. It is a little loud because it needs a new exhaust. Actually it sounds really cool. It is 25 years old so in New Jersey it doesn't need to be inspected at the DMV. The interior is black with leather seats and wood grain. The rear has all the rollers and bier pins. Cathedral windows light up in the rear. The rear has grey upholstery ( see photo) . Exterior is black with a black vinyl coach. rear window has grim reaper mural. The front has a Raven hood ornament. Interior front has custom resin skulls knobs on lights switches and all door locks are skulls. Rear view mirror has skulls too. ( see photo). Undercarriage and grill lights up blue neon. It could use a paint job, but it does polish up nice. Some of the paint is flaking. I was going to have it painted, but didn't get around to it. It was a working Hearse when I bought it and drove it from Baltimore to NJ. I only used it for car shows and parades, mostly around Halloween. The gas gauge doesn't work well so I keep the tank full. ( ran out of gas once and had to park it in an assisted living complex overnight, that was interesting. ) It has a CD player with a removable head. There are no speakers in the rear only the front. The front left side of the windshield sometimes leaks. I think it might be a seal. Right front window doesn't open. It works but I disconnected the motor because it was coming off the track and it was in the middle of the winter. The drivers window opens very slowly. Probably needs a new motor. The rear bumper does not line up close to the body( see photo). The car was in an accident before I bought it and the bumper was bent. I straightened, it but could not get it to come closer. I did some body work on the right rear panel so the paint looks has less shine. The vinyl coach is good shape. Some paint is chipping near the vinyl on the right rear( see photo). The chrome landau bars on the coach have no rust. If any buyer has any questions, just use the "contact seller " feature and message me. I will send my cell number and you can call me and I will answer whatever questions you might have. If interested in seeing the car I can make arrangements for you to come and check it out. Buyer is responsible for pick up. I made a lot of fun memories with the car. I actually hate to sell her. I'm hoping someone else will enjoy owning it as much as I did. She's 25 years ol, but she has a 350 engine with a V8 so she can really move if she has too. So if your interested in giving Ethyl a good home, good luck bidding. Hope you enjoy her as much as I did .
