Up for sale is an extremely RARE 1993 Cadillac Seville Base 4.9L V8. Try to find a nicer/cleaner example for sale currently nationwide...
LOW MILES... 58,300 original miles, for a car that is 24 years old! Will increase slightly as car is driven from time to time
Garage kept until 2012, when purchased from original owner, old lady who was a next door neighbor that moved
Diamond White Exterior paint option, grey leather/plush carpet interior
Classic Plates/Registration, car has full drive-ability compared to a regularly titled vehicle. No yearly registration fee as it is permanent, also permanently exempt from emissions inspection, only requires yearly safety inspection.
Renowned last generation "old school" American small block 4.9L V8... Not to be confused with the 4.6L "Northstar" which is incredibly problematic with head bolt expansion issues, porous aluminum engine block, the list goes on and on...
The L26 or 4.9L V8 was the last of the development cycle of the classic styled Cadillac engines before the Northstar line. 1993 was the last year this engine was available as an option. These classic Cadillac OHV V8's really haul, having two valves per cylinder, port fuel injection, and tall gearing ratios in the transmission, Torque is vastly present through the entire power band, bore is equal to the stoke when it comes to displacement, meaning maximum horsepower is achieved, with the hefty on-demand torque of a V8. 200 HP and 275 lb/ft of torque from the factory.
Any questions or concerns at all can be asked without a problem, I know very much about this particular car and am very mechanically inclined if there's anything specific you're unsure about.
Recent Work:
- Inspected through May 2018
- Serpentine/Fan Belt replaced

- Newer plugs/wires
- Newer O2 sensors
Much more...
Issues
- Service Ride Control at startup occasionally, usually disappears while on the road.. Typical high end GM problem, doesn't affect drive-ability
- Clear coat is starting to fade near the rear of the roof/side pillar
- Some surface rust where clear coat has faded
- Car is 24 years old, a few scratches/scuffs here and there, but overall excellent for a car of this spec and year.
Selling since it doesn't get driven often, someone needs to enjoy it, my loss is your gain.
