1940 Lasalle Convertible Older Frame Off Restoration Flathead V8

1940 LaSalle Series 50 Convertible The LaSalle was produced by GM's Cadillac Division in 1927 and to fill up the gap between Cadillac and Buick. In 1939 and 1940, the LaSalle became almost identical to the Cadillacs and therefore 1940 was the last year that the LaSalle's were produced. With only 599 convertibles being produced, this LaSalle is a very rare and beloved collector's item. This LaSalle Series 50 is in excellent condition. The chrome, the paint and the wooden details in the interior are all in excellent Condition. A full frame off restoration was completed in the 1980s. Undercarriage looks excellent. A true survivor that only received a cosmetic and mechanical restoration. Lacquer paint shines great but does have some flaws as to expect from a restoration completed 30yrs ago. Interior is in excellent shape. The V8 engine runs excellent and provides 130 hp. Recent Rebuilt carb and fuel pump. Electric Fuel pump has been added. Payment Methods
Certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing’s end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
WE CAN ASSIST IN WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
