1968 Cadillac Deville Convertible Strong Motor

I have owned this car for close to 15 years. It was my daily driver for many years and it still runs strong. I believe it has the 472, I'm not certain of that but it sounds like a beast and the car is very fast. I'm starting the bidding at $7,800 because that's what I was offered by CarMax.
If you are interested in this car, please judge it on the strong motor and consider the body to be a fixer. With a little money put into it, this would be on the same level as cars you see selling for over $40,000. Even as it is, I get compliments on it every day and people often cross the street to look at it. They're even more impressed when they hear the engine rev.
Runs well. The odometer says 51,485 miles but it obviously has turned over once or twice so I'm assuming it has 151,485 miles. Recently tuned up, flushed radiator, installed new fuel lines, and changed oil. Rust on the quarter panels and trunk hood. Trunk hood should probably be replaced. Bumpers and small parts need to be re-chromed. Top was redone 10 years ago but is showing age again. Interior is fine, far from perfect but no major issues. Pipes were upgraded by the previous owner.
