I purchased this car as a trade in at the local Chevy dealer it is about as new as a 1992 car can be the paint appears to be all original and VERY VERY nice 0 signs of repair damage or rust . The 1992 is considered by most as the best year for the Allante as all of the bugs from earlier years were worked out and it was the last year for the more reliable 4.5 liter V8 before they went to the troublesome Northstar engine. It is also the last year for the Recaro seats and Bose sound system.
