Car did have front Bucket seats, enter console with horse-shoe shifter, ach & gauge cluster with speedometermounted in dash, ower disk brakes, ilt steering, lso has Air conditioning which in 1971 was an option with the 454. both front bucket seats are in great shape without damage only normal wear & tear & will need standard reupholstering repair.Other needed repair/damage listed below.

This Convertible is believed to be an authentic 1971 Chevelle SS 454 Convertible withair-conditioning, ower steering, ower disk brakes, ilt steering& other options. I also believe this is factory air-conditioning for this car since in 1971 the new horse power rating of the 454 would permit the big block owners to finally option forair-conditioning,which would have been the special order code C60 which was a viable optionwith the special orderLS5 option the365HP 454. If I had been able tolist this car prior to the damage, hen I would have had to ask at least $89,000, f not a little more. There was so much put into to it, nto detail. I was not the one who restored it, ut it appears that the restoration had included the replacement of floor board pans metal & the body sheet metal. In my opinion it was a super sharp car, amp;that is not just my opinion, ut others as well as thiswas a show car and has won multiple shows in the last5 years.... This rare convertible has factory air conditioning& equipped withNMN; 454 big block engine, utomatic transmission & also a 12 bolt rear end!! The body appears to be super straight needing very little work. The professional show quality paint job shows off how straight & solid this car is. There really isn't that much involved to bring this car back to were you would want it. This car needs to be completely restored /repaired. This show car was a multiple first place trophy winner & was recently involved in a low temperature fire which caused damage to the interior including the dash damaging many of it parts. This was NOT a four alarm blaze, ut rather a quick low temperature burn where the heat melted more than what was actually burned. As you can see from looking at the front grill in the photos that the heat was minimal and it barely effected the plastic. You can also see the that under the hood that theheat damage was minimal by looking at the air-conditioner box& its aluminum tubing which extrudes throughthe front of the a/c box all remain looking like new. Also the aluminum Holley carburetor did not melt away. This vehicle is being sold as-is. I have no parts to include, nless otherwise stated, owever I have located all parts needed if you need assistance in gathering them just let me know. A clean title may be provided without any branding.

If I don't sell it, hen I will keep it for myself, hen start heading back to those summer car shows which I love.Exterior was Factory Mulsanne Blue with White Top, tripes were probably black. Interioris Black with bucket seats. This is an excellent opportunity to choose your own exterior color & choose your own interior color & build the Chevelle of your dreams! Actual mileage is unknown.

To restore back to show condition its needs include but are not limited to: paint, windshield, ew wiring, abric convertible top (frame is in good shape), ith the exception of the front bucket seats since they are in good shapethe car needs all new interior such as carpet, nterior door panels, teering wheel, aybe a new tiltcolumn, lass including driver side door mirror, omplete 100% dash kit which includes dash housing,pad, auges & harness. Also note that one of the quarter glasses is only slightly chipped. The fire did not spread into the trunk area however the firemen damagedthe trunklidarea, dditionallya trunk lid will be needed & the custom radio system has now been removed including its speakers as seen missing in the trunk photo.The firemenalso severely damagethe hoodso it is too damaged to use so I bought an used original metalcowl induction hood with no rust to replace thecurrent one, he pull release latch for the hood still appears to operates perfectly. There was only minor fireor mild heat damage under the hood, s a result the engine compartment will still need full restoration,a front clip kitwouldsave some shop hours since the low heat cooked away the factory primer on the inner fenders leaving them bare & also baked the paint offsome of the fenders & hood, ut theengine itself appearsundamaged, ut will still needfreshening up with newplugs & wires & distributor & belts, nbsp;etc...The hood hinges have been removed so please ignore the hood being out of line in the photos of the car's front view. The undercarriage overall looks great; straight, moothwithout dents,obviously it has never been off-roading nor jumping ditches. This will not be a complicated fix, or a complete overall all opinion of condition, epairs and parts needed you are welcome to view before bidding, r may send agent to my home in Greensboro, C 27406.
