For Sale is my 1966 Chevy Biscayne 2 door post. This was the preffered Chevy for drag racing in its day. This was the lightest, heapest way to get the L72 427/425hp race motor that was only availablein a full size sedan. This Biscayne has been fully restored. The paint and body are excellent, ith very straight panels and a great finish. There are no signs of rust, ubbling, r damage at all. The motor is a date coded L72 427 high performance Mark IV big block with solid lifters. It is mated to a Muncie M22 4-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt posi-trac rearend with 4:10 gears. The exhaust has stock cast manifolds leading to an aluminized full exhaust with Flowmaster 40-series mufflers that have a deep tone but are not overly loud. The interior is completely refinished with the correct materials. It has a bench seat, intage Sun tach, adio delete plate, nd only a heater (just the basic drag race package).

DRIVETRAIN

-Rebuilt solid lifter 427/425hp big block V8

-Muncie M22 4-speed manual

-12-bolt posi-trac rear, ith 4:10 gears

-Steel factorywheels with modern rubber (rears have been widened), actory hubcaps not pictured but included.

-Manual steering and 4-wheel manual drum brakes.

BODY

-Restored, traight panels, lossy red paint, reat gaps.

-No rust, ubbling, r damage.

-undercoated, lean underneath.

INTERIOR

-Refinished cloth bench seat, arpet and headliner.

-Factory radio delete plate.

-Sun tach, nd small auxiliary gages (temp, il pressure, olts) mounted below dash.

Everything is new or reconditioned. Starts, uns, rives great. Just a very nice and clean tribute to a real Biscayne L72 427, ut tens of thousands less in price. No warranty. Buyers are welcome to come and see it person prior to purchase. *Sorry, have no paperwork or history details. To the best of my knowledge, his car started life as a 427 (390hp), anual car.
