1952 Chevrolet 2 Dr Sedan
The current owner has had this wonderful car for the past three years.
During that time, here have been some major and minor improvements to create a fine classic ride.
NO RESERVE!!!
The work began with a new six cylinder block mated with the rest of the original components with the results being a very well running classic with a split manifold. The original speedo was rebuilt and reflects the current mileage on the engine to be 2,800 miles. The overall miles on the car is around 50,000.
The engine is hooked up to the ever dependable GM three-speed manual transmission. The column shifter works 'like butter' !
While the transformation was going on with the mechanicals, he electrical system was upgraded to a modern 12 volt system with the correct alternator, uses, tc.
The wheels were upgraded to a modern 15" Corvette design with new radial tires.
The hard-to-find sunvisor was painted and added to the windshield along with those great fender skirts.

Among the many mechanical improvements are:
New brake wheel cylinders and new brake lines.
New rubber moldings around the doors and trunk.
New interior carpet.
New headliner.
New seat covers.
New heater blower motor.
All of the dash gauges work except the original dash clock. There is another working clock right in the middle of the dash.
The fit and finish on the car is very good with no evidence of excessive rust or major body repairs.
The trunk is in very good shape along with the underside of the car, howing few signs of any serious rust. Most of the chrome on the car is very good to excellent with very little pitting or pieces missing.
If you are looking for a ride 1950's cruiser without having to spend any money for improvements, his car is a beauty!
