This is one of those cars.

Well equipped and in nice shape for the year and mileage this Camaro is meant to be enjoyed and taken on many rides top up or down.

White Exterior over Red Interior complimented by a Black Convertible Top,this car looks good and it's easy on the eyes at every angle.

This 26+ yr old runs well and performs as it should with plenty of get up and go.

The Interior as is typical with most convertibles has some slight sunbleaching but nothing that would stick out as poor. Surprisingly enough the vinyl surfaces are not brittle and in great shape.

Exterior paint has plenty of shine though it has a few scratches and chips here and there.Stripes and pinstriping area bit wornand still look good considering age and overall condition of this Fun Convertible.

To honor the International Race of Champions, hevrolet introduced the IROC-Z in 1985. The package included an improved suspension, ecal package, nd a 305 cubic-inch L98 Tuned Port Injection system borrowed from the Corvette. The IROC-Z was featured on Car and Driver magazine's Ten Best List for 1985. The L69 small-block engine was offered from 1983 through 1986. The LB9 small-block was introduced in 1985; the L98 small-block was introduced in 1987; the LO3 was introduced in 1988. The LB9, 98, nd LO3 stayed in production until 1992.

The third generation Camaro was produced from 1982 through 1992. The all-new 1982 Camaro was shorter and lighter that now had a fastback appearance with a large, ompound-curved window. It continued to use General Motor's F-body platform and were the first Camaros to use factory fuel injection, our-speed automatic transmissions, ive-speed manual transmissions, 6-inch wheels, nd four-cylinder engines. The 1989 Camaro consisted of the Camaro RS (Rally Sport) and the Camaro IROC-Z. This marked the return to the RS designation which had last been used in 1987 on a limited edition California only model. Bodystyles included a hatchback coupe and a convertible. The Camaro RS was the least expensive version and came standard with a 2.8-liter V6 engine. The RS convertible came standard with a 170 horsepower V8 engine. Standard equipment included a PASS-Key theft-deterrent system, anual lap/shoulder front safety belts with a visual and audible warning system, anual rear lap belts, n energy-absorbing steering column, n energy-absorbing instrument panel, nergy -absorbing front seat tops, afety glass side windows, aminated safety windshield glass, afety glass rear window, afety interlocking door latches, assenger-guard inside door lock handles, nertia locking folding front seat backs, afety armrests and direction signals with lane-change feature. Other features included side marker lights and reflectors, arking lamps that illuminated with the headlights, our-way hazard warning flashers, ack-up lights, center high-mounted stop lamp, ulti-speed windshield wipers, n inside rear view mirror with vinyl bonded glass, starter safety switch, ual-action hood latch system, ow-glare instrument panel finish, ow-glare windshield moldings, ow-glare wiper arms and blades, ow-glare metallic steering wheel surfaces, nd an audible reminder for ignition key removal. The Camaro IROC-Z was also available in coupe and convertible form. The base engine was a 170 horsepower V8 with buyers having the choice of a 220 horsepower 5-liter TPI V8 or a 5.7-liter TPI V8 offering 240 horsepower. They had color-coordinated IROC-Z door decals, pecial instrumentation with a tachometer, front air dam, round-effects type rocker panel moldings, ower disc brakes, ower rear drum brakes, ower steering, ower ventilation system, rear deck spoiler, ide window defoggers, special performance ride and handling suspension, nd unique taillights. For 1989, hevrolet produced 83,487 examples of the RS Camaro, 0,067 of the IROC-Z Coupe, nd 3,940 of the IROC-Z Convertible. 111 examples of the IROC-Z were fitted with the optional 1LE competition package.
