Description for Chevrolet Chevelle 1974

This Chevelle Laguna has just been pulled out of its original owners garage in the Phoenix area. Original owner can still be contacted. we went through brakes and some fluids and this gem is ready for the next person to take to its next level and enjoy on the road and car shows. Only driven 82K miles throughout its life(mostly in AZ) It is 100% rust free and retains most originality except for new paint in 1995(according to orig. owners) job cost $2900 in 1995. ( $5-6K todays standards ?) so it was not a cheap job. painted stripes and all then clear-coated. This paint looks like it was done only months ago(no exaggeration) It also retains the original window sticker! It has its original #s matching 350 V-8 which is all original down to inspection marks and stickers. (un-detailed). The underside is also original and undetailed. appears to have orig. shocks in rear! The car has been stored most of its life so there may be little things it may need. such as trans. fluid flush and rear seal(leaks). fuel gauge reads full (I will have 20. 00 of fresh fuel in it . ew plug wires needed(some cracks visually) however does not affect engine idle/performance. urns rich upon startup(choke adj. ) then smooths out. and maybe new tires. (old) However they have no visible cracks or wear(about 80% tread all 4) The rims are original color keyed rally wheels with original factory crude paint still on them! Cosmetically. aside from the beautiful orig. code medium red metallic paint w/white accents. the vinyl top has been replaced in its original white texture. it also looks and fits like factory. A few things have not been replaced which have flaws. the dash(dry cracked) and a couple of plastic trim areas around rear window(cracked and small piece chipped off) Headliner . door panels. carpet. and seats are all in good to excellent condition. This Somewhat rare find runs and drives well except for a slight vibration I noticed on smooth blacktop at higher speeds(believed to be tires) They had very noticeable flat spots when first taken out of its garage. Please bid with confidence but realize that it may need minor things due to long storage. Weve brought it to the stage of being safely driven on the highway w/o any problems or breakdown. This is a very nice survivor and probably one of the best examples in exsistence. eeds no paint work or reso. just littlt things mentioned.
