1970 Chevy Nova 355 SBC Overdrive Excellent Condition

Description for Chevrolet Nova 1970

This was a nine year project. It was taken apart every nut and bolt, lasted, anded primered and completely built back to better than new condition. It is brand new from bumper to bumper. It has about 700 miles on it. I just got back from a 600 mile trip to Goodguys. it ran at 160 degreesIt is not a SS.

1996 Vortec 4 bolt main 350

Bored 030 and balanced

Vortec heads with 550 lift springs and 1.6 rockers

Comp Cam 08-423-8 roller cam

TRW pistons

Aluminum intake with Edelbrock 600 cfm carb

New aluminum 4 row radiator


Body & paint

Body painted by Newman's Body one of the new premier restoration shops in this area.

Solid floors still had red primer from factory.

Trunk pan has been replaced.

All new Grill, rim and emblems.

Bumpers chromed.

New side markers and parking lenses.

New vinyl Top.



Black factory bucket seat interior with new carpet and dash pad.

New headliner

Hush matlined floor

Drive line

Modified 200 4R overdrive with Hughes 3000 stall

Auburn Positraction unit with 3.73 gears

Drive shaft built by Inland Truck Parts



All new suspension ball joints and tie rods

Jeep close ratio power steering box.

New Power brakes, isc on front.

New exhaust system. with headers.

Over 30,000 invested.
