Offered for sale is a recently refinished 1968 Camaro RS/SS that has been consigned with us. The Rally Sport and Super Sport options were fairly rare options to have on a first generation Camaro, nd adding to the rarity of this car are the addition of the U46, J9, nd Z87 RPO codes.
The U46 options is a fiber optic system, ery advanced for the day, hat was used to monitor headlight and turn signal function, etting the driver see that the head lights and all four turn signals were working correctly. These are identified by the little silver reversed"scoops" on the front fenders and by a little black box under the rear windshield, n the middle of the package tray.
The ZJ9 RPO is an auxiliary lighting package, hat added lights to either the foot wells, love box, sh tray, r all three. This particular car has the lighting for the foot wells and glove box. The lights have been replaced with LEDs for a more modern look.
The Z87 RPO is the custom interior, hich includes molded arm rests, eluxe steering wheel, ood grain instrument panel, ick-Tock-Tach,among other custom touches. These options combine to make this Camaro a true gem for Camaro enthusiasts, nd very limited in production with an estimatedless than 150produced in it's current configuration. The interior is in Excellent condition.
All the chrome trim and emblems are either very well restored originals, r new. The chrome trim is still very bright with only a few minor blemishes. There are two small areas where the paint is bubbling up on the hood,but other than that, he body is in decent shape. The rear quarters have been replaced, ut withthe excellent workmanship you cannot tell unless you are specifically looking for evidence.

5. If winning bidder does not contact Wings and Wheels LLC and submit deposit within 48 hours of auction close, ehicle may be made available to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer on a first come, irst serve basis.
