1967 Corvette Convertible both tops 327/ 4spd Red/Black

This is a solid "driver" quality car that has amazing eye appeal. Our seller has owned this Vette for 23 years and it has always been a source of pride to him. He knows, nd freely admits, t's not a show car, owever, is price reflects the condition. It is not a matching numbers car. The block decodes as a 327 cubic inch (casting: 3932388). The 6,000 RPM red line on the tach suggest it was likely a 327/350 HP originally. It's equipped with a 4 speed transmission, M/FM radio, ed Line tires, nd a factory hardtop (which is painted silver (as the car was when he bought it) and needs to be restored. We have receipts for the repaint (about 20 years ago), nd miscellaneous mechanical repairs. He drove the Vette to our store (about an hours drive) and states that it runs and drives with no problems noted. During his ownership, e probably only drove about 1,000 to 2,000 miles per year on average. As you can see in the pictures, here has been no attempt made to steam clean or paint the engine compartment, or to attempt to cover up the frame with paint or coating to hide anything. The frame appears to be solid and we invite a hoist inspection by you or your mechanic. The soft top needs to be replaced, he back window (in what appears to be the original top) deteriorated and has been removed. Our seller rarely had the soft top up and never used the hard top. The carpeting is sun faded where the floor mats were not covering, nd it looks to be original. The interior is serviceable, ut needs door panels and seats covers... they are believed to be original too. Our seller is aware of the numerous details that are not "correct" on the Corvette, nd yet, e has enjoyed all of his 23 years of ownership. He is hoping to find a buyer that will either continue to use the Corvette in it's present condition, r take it to the next level gradually, hen the budget allows.
