Description for Chevrolet Malibu 1979

Up for sale is my 79 Chevy Malibu.

Reluctanly I have to part ways with project BU, ut life is about to change for me with a new addition of a child.

With that said, m not desprate either!Let me begin by saying I am the second owner of this car. Its originally from Iowa where I bought it from. When I got the car it was bone stock original. Nothing was ever changed. I quickly ungraded certain things right away

I was in the process of doing the interior totally over. The car is totally gutted right now, UT I have everything you need to finish the job.

Also, was in the process of installing a custom sound system, hen the fabricator disappeared on me and didnt finish the job. Then all the equipment was stollen. Nothing was really damaged aside from the trunk lock.

The car didnt come with the sport mirrors, ut originally came with a chrome left side mirror. Heres the sweet part, found the NOS matching right side mirror ($$$). I have it still in the box and its going with the carof course

A/C works Ice cold, ew fan belts, ellow top battery, ew water pump. I have a edelbrock performer intake and quadra jet carb (needs rebuild).The engine runs smooth and tranny shiftperfect. I also have a 1981 posi rear for the car thatI will include in the sale.

Anything I have for the car, oes with the car period!

Now for the not so good stuff. Car has the usual door dings for a 36 year old car..The floor has some surface rust on the drivers side floor and a very small hole. Also, his car was a bench seat car and I was coverting it to buckets. I have the brackets for the buckets, ut you will need to have them welded to the floor.
