This is a very solid example of a highly sought after car. The car appears to be a west texas car from what I can tell about it. The body is super nice with no rust or bubbles. some of the cars original paint is left and the car has been spotted on in a few places. While its not show quality there is a huge following for originality also. The paint is very presentable but can be picked at here and there. (Paint code 915 Tasco Turquiose) The undercarriage is very nice and untouched. no undercoating or flat black paint under this one. its just dirty from age. The chrome and britework is original to the car and still in great condition. The car was sold to us being 89. 00 original miles but we have no documentation to back it. Looking at the car it could be true miles though. The interior is original not replacement and still in very good condition. The lights and gauges are in working order as well as the horn wipers and factory AM radio. This one also has factory seat belts. loor mats and dual side view mirrors. The glass is original with the exception of the windshield that has been replaced. The powerplant is a 348 with a tri-power setup. the engine is date coded K2660 a little late for the car but a 1960 model engine nevertheless. The transmission is a Borg Warner 4 speed using a correct shifter for the car. The rear axle is a stock unit with 3:50 gearing. This Bel Air has been upgraded with front disc brakes and new 20 and 22 inch Billet Specialties Chicaynes with new radials. The car runs . ides and drives as it should.
