Newly Rebuilt ‘55 Chevy GASSER Clean iowa title.
This is a fresh rebuild of an original old racecar from the central Illinois area. When found it was in very poor shape. The body repair had been started, ut was started incorrectly and some of it had to be redone. Car is now in epoxy primer and presentable, ut will possibly need some additional minor filling and blocking if you want the body straight enough for glossy paint. Was not built to be "show quality", ore of a "driver and occasional track" build, nd the price reflects that.
NEW - All glass and rubber except for the rear window glass

- Complete Speedway Motors straight axle front suspension, ncluding new Vega steering sector, arrea chrome shocks
- Entire brake system, ear drums turned, ll new front disc brakes

- Front tires new, ears new M/T et streets, ice used ET Super spoke wheels with new center caps
- Most of the interior, s installed
- Fresh rebuilt 396, ored .030 o.s., ig Block Chevy, ith tunnel ram and fresh pro-rebuilt 450 Holley carbs
- Ceramic coated fenderwell headers and new mufflers, ew aluminum radiator
- Floor repair panels, nner and outer rockers, ront ¼ sections, loor braces as needed, runk floor and tail repaired, s well as door bottoms and lowers, oth upper cowl sections
- ‘57 Olds rear axle assembly with new Dutchman 31 spline axles and bearings, ood used 3.42 Posi center section.
Also - Good used Turbo 400 trans with Sat. Nite converter
