As far as the rest of the car being a numbers matching original SS 396, don't know.I'm selling this car for a friend that just passed away, o if it sounds like I do not know everything about this car, t's because I don't. But if you have questions, sk them and I'll do my best to answer. I am very knowledgeable about Camaros and old muscle cars in general so I'll be able to tell you what I can figure out. He asked me to sell it and put the money away for his Grandson's education, o that's what I'm doing.I have driven the car some lately, t seems to run and drive like it should.
