1967 CHEVY II NOVA
We are selling our professionally built Pro-touring 1967 Chevy II Nova restomod. Its powered by a Whipple Supercharged 6.2L LS3 making just over 600HP. No expense was spared on this car with over $120K invested in the build...only the best of the best was used. This car is not only a beast but is gorgeous and an absolute head turner that gathers a crowd everywhere it goes. It runs and drives like a new Z06 but has the style of a classic muscle car...its a win-win and not something that comes up for sale everyday!!!!!!
DRIVETRAIN
The Nova sports a brand new GMMP 6.2L LS3 crate motor with a Whipple 2.9 Supercharger! It has Church Boys stainless headers, ustom 3in dual exhaust with Stainless Works mufflers. The transmission is a brand new 6 speed close ratio Tremec T56 Mag with a McCloud 1000hp dual disk clutch. The driveshaft is a custom Strange unit. On a very conservative tune by RCI Performance the car made 603hp and 579ftlbs to the rear wheels!
The rear end is a brand new 9in Ford with 31 spline axels. It has a 350 FOMOCO gear set (3.54 gears) in a STRANGE housing and Eaton Tru-Trac posi. Its all kept cool with a new cross flow aluminum radiator and your kept cool with a Vintage Air Gin IV Surefit Air Conditioning system. The suspension consists of Heidts Mustang II Front Suspension and a Heidts 4 Link Rear Suspension with Heidts Frame Connectors. It has Wildwood 4 Wheel Disc Brakes with all new stainless brake lines.
PAINT and BODY
The high end Sierra Fawn paint on the car looks amazing...I would rate it easily a 9.999 out of 10 (its probably better than that but I am picky.) It was painted in 2013. The car was in exceptional condition before being repainted and is all GM sheet metal! The floor pans are all original and rust free. The car has absolutely no dents or scratches. The wheels are 17in Billet Specialties Bonneville G wheels (17x8 front and 17x9 rear) with new Michelin Sport Pilot tires. It has DSE Mini Tubs out back, SE Fuel tank and DSE Wiper Motor. The wiring throughout the car is all Painless wiring. The Front and rear windows are new as are the bumpers. The car looks great and would be a "Best of Show" trophy contender at any car show or cruise in you carry it to!
INTERIOR
The interior is just as nice as the rest of the car. The Nova sports Scat low back front seats and still has the original rear seat in it. Its equipped an Ididit tilt steering column and Speedhut Gauges (GPS based Speedometer). The Vintage Air works great and makes driving this car an absolute joy!
This Chevy II has always been well maintained and was in great shape even before the work was done. Its been a southern car its whole life and even comes with the original Protecto Plate. You can drive this car cross country on vaction, o to Cars and Coffee car show in the morning, hen auto cross racing in the afternoon and to the drag strip that night and it will preform flawlessly at all of them....it is the total package!!! This is a big boys toy and the price reflects it, ut rest assured there are no disappointments with this car...it is impossible to relay just how nice this car is through words and photos!
