BIG BLOCK 454....TURBO 400 TRANSMISSION....SUPER SPORT REPLICA

Description for Chevrolet Chevelle 1972

IF YOU HAVE INTEREST in a big block Chevelle, t may worth your time to come to Athens, N 37303 and look at my car. I consider it a upper end driver quality, t looks good and drives good. It looks plenty good to enter you local car show for fun. You want wind 1st of show, ut you have a good time and not have the cost of a small house invested in your toy.

POWER TRAIN: The engine is a 454 cubic inch that runs good, hear no knocks or rattles. It has a Holley carburetor and dressed out decent. The transmission is a Turbo 400, ts a 3 speed automatic. The rear end a 10 bolt, hear no whines or growls.

PAINT: Decent bright red paint on what I consider a straight body. I see no dents or dings, see some tiny defect, ut it shines good and looks good. Door jambs are ugly in a couple of places.

BODY: The frame looks good to me, he floor pans look original ans solid, he trunk pan has a couple of metal patches.

INTERIOR: The black interior is nice, he headliner great, ash pad has no cracks, eat covers no wear, arpet good, irvers door panel is wavy on bottom.

CHROME: The front bumper looks good with some tiny pits, have a new back bumper to put on Monday, oor handles new, mblems good, little ding in the guttor molding, indow stainless looks good to me.

STEERING: To me the car drives good, t is power steering.

BRAKES: 4 wheel drums, hat stop like drums did in the day.

GLASS: Clear windshield, ide window roll up and down good.

WHEELS: Rally wheels that are 15 inch with good tires.

EXHAUST: Dual glass pacs with turn downs, sed condition that is fine.

HEADLIGHTS WORK, AIL LIGHTS WORK, RAKE LIGHTS WORK, URN SIGNALS WORK, OME LIGHT WORKS.

GAS GAUGE WORKS, PEEDOMETER WORKS!

The radio is a cheap one that is not working. The heater blower motor is bad and I don' really have time to put a new one on.
