Description for Chevrolet El Camino 1984

Well I've decided to sell off a couple of projects. Here is an '84 ElCamino SS frame has been blasted and coated with a rust converter/sealer then topcoated with and scratch and chip resistant coating, rake fluid won't even touch this stuff!! All suspension is new, ew shocks all the way around. Front has new rotors, earings, nd the rear is in the process of being converted to discs using everything from an '89 IROC. It still has the 26 spline axles, ut I have a 28 spline posi carrier with 3:42 gears. Rearend and all suspension parts have been treated with the same coatings as the frame. Wheels are 16x8 IROC wheels that have been recently restored to look like brand new. Tires are the correct 245/50-16's for the wheels. Body is stripped and ready for bodywork, ecently had the inside of the bed blasted, uarters and roof were hand stripped with 80grit. Bottom of the body also has been blaste, rimed, nd undercoated. I have 3 sets of doors, tailgates, sets of fenders, hood, lso have a '79 header panel and a SS air dam, nd a set of new chrome bumpers. I have duplicates of all the glass except the windshield. Has most of the interior but is in rough shape, ould suggest finding a donor Monte Carlo SS for the interior. Also comes with a good running 350 TPI from an '89 IROC, have all accessories for the engine, ll the wiring and computer for the TPI and will also throw in an extremely well written manual on doing the TPI swap. Transmission is a 700R4 from the same IROC, hifts and runs out good I also have a lot of extra parts from a '79 donor I had.

This started out as a father/son project but due to his health declining faster than expected it will never happen. Between the both of us we have about $6000 in it as of now and we're just trying to recover some of the money we have invested in the project. thanks for bidding.
