Heads casting number 3931063 (1968-1969 101cc comb chamber). SpeedPro forged domed pistons. (L2399F60). New valve seats, uides, tc. Comp Cams High lift Solid Roller Cam. Roller rockers (1.7). ARP rocker studs. Roller lifters. Alum Tall Valve covers. 3/8"push rods. Heavy duty double valve springs. Double roller timing chain. Weiand dual plane intake. Demon 850 double pumper with mechanical secondary's. High capacity fuel pump. New 3/8"fuel line. MSD Ignition. 2"Hooker Headers. Standard oil pump and pan. Big Block motor mounts. High capacity 4-core radiator. 16"Electric radiator fan. Edelbrock aluminum water pump. Approximately 500-550 HP. The car does not leak or burn any oil. Runs clean. There may be oil "seepage", ut no leaks. Runs on 93 Octane pump gas.
Suspension:
· Front: New Big Block coil springs. New shocks. New upper and lower control arm bushings. New ball joints. New Tie rods and Pitman Arm. New sway bar bushings.
· Rear: New leaf springs, ew shocks. Relocated shocks inward to accommodate larger tires. Cal-Trac bars.
Chassis:
· New body mounts. Welded subframe connectors.
Interior:
· Black. Mostly factory. Carpeting is good. Back seat is good. Factory radio replaced with new. Front bench seat replaced with buckets. Tach on steering wheel. Original steering wheel. There is 1 tear in the headliner about 7"long above driver seat. New 3-point seat belts. 3-gauge panel (oil press, oolant temp, oltage)
Tires/Wheels:

Transmission:
· Turbo 350 rebuilt by trans shop just before I purchased the car in 2004 (have receipt). 3-speed Auto with B&M Shift Kit. New trans mounts. B&M Megashifter. Trans oil cooler at radiator. Standard drive shaft. New U-joints. Hughes GM30 (3000 stall) torque converter.
Exhaust:
· 2"Hooker headers into 3-1/2"collector. 2-1/2"dual exhaust. High flow mufflers.
Body:
· Painted around 2003. New 2" cowl hood. Hood painted around 2007. New rear quarter panels. Floor pans good. Trunk good. Trunk pan good. Bumpers good. No rust on frame that I know of. Front grill good. Lighting good. There are a few spots on the sheet metal that you can noticeably see as likely deterioration and/or rust under the paint. It's been like this since I owned the car (12 years) and has not gotten any worse, ut it likely will someday. On the passenger side bottom of door and rocker panel and also by the back bumper at rear of trunk. There is some orange peel paint imperfections on the top of the driver side front fender. I'm telling you this information because I want you to know the body is far from perfect. Plenty of cosmetic imperfections that you don't see in some photos but you will see when you are face to face with the car.
Notes/Comments:
The car is totally awesome and fun to drive. It's loud, ast and turns heads. There is no radiator shroud, hus the heat rejection capacity of the radiator and fan are compromised a bit. Consequently I only drive the car when it's below 80 deg outside. The coolant temp runs around 190-200 deg on a 70 deg day with the car is moving. If you install a shroud you will get much better cooling and can likely drive the car on hotter days. The car stays cool if it keeps moving. The body is ok but not great. From 100' away it looks killer awesome. Up close you will see plenty of paint imperfections, ody panel imperfections, nd so forth. This is NOT a show car. Do NOT expect a show car if you come to see it. This is NOT a restoration. Do NOT bitch about the paint and body imperfections if you come to see the car. I'm telling you they exist. There is likely some rust on the car under the paint in a couple spots. I don't know for sure, ith the exception of near the rear bumper there appears to be some rust starting. The cowl hood was painted by a local body shop about 8 years ago. They did an awesome job except for 1 thing. The color does not perfectly match the rest of the car. In natural light they are a near perfect match. Under artificial light (such as fluorescent) you can see the color difference. The car doesn't like to have more than 2 people in it. With 2 or more people, he passenger side rear tire rubs the body when going around corners too fast. So I avoid that. You can likely correct that with various remedies, ut I've just left it as is because I'm usually the only person in the car and it won't do that with just me in the car. This is not the type of car that you throw 3 or 4 people in anyway. This is not a car you take on road trips. Just for local cruise nights and stuff like that. Gas mileage sucks. About 8mpg if you drive slow. About 5mpg if you drive fast. But who cares - it's fun. Uses 93 octane pump gas only. The car is fast, ut it's not that fast. Don't expect a 10 second car because it's not. The trans is a 3-speed auto, ut I shift it manually with the MegaShifter. Much better performance that way. The bucket seats are not the best. That is why I have seat covers over them. If you are over 6' tall you will not have much leg room. When you turn on the headlights and run the electric radiator fan (must run fan all the time), he voltage drops to below 12V. It still works fine, ut the alternator and/or wiring doesn't have the capacity to keep it above 12V when both are on. I rarely drive it at night so not an issue for me. The engine compartment has the original factory wiring harness. It works, ut it's old. There is a small trans leak from either the pan gasket or the output shaft seal. Not sure. You can easily fix it or add a little trans fluid each year. I have hundreds of photos of work that was done to the car since I owned it. The previous owner (12 years ago) painted it and put new rear quarters on it. I did all the rest (with help from AES Racing on the engine) I have all receipts from the previous owner and the last 12 years while I owned the car, ncluding all machine shop (AES Racing) receipts. I have a factory Chevrolet Complete Assembly Manual and the 1972 Original Owners Manual in the glove box. The title is clean and ready to sign over.
